World Cup Fever engulfs the birds.
He's now almost fully weaned, and is in the process of becoming potty trained!

The babies are trying to feed each other..

Introduced for the first time, they quickly started to explore each other's presence. Tiki started to preen her little brother, and Frankie started to try to entice Tiki to feed him.

He is looking more and more like an adult Parrot!

Frankie is quickly growing his feathers in. Look how he looks so handsome.
Only a few days since the last visit, he is more green, standing more upright, and showing some orange colors on his tail.

He decided he liked my hand, and he would waddle over to my fingers and nibble on it everytime they were near by.

He sat with me for a while today, and really liked it. He actually started purring - who knew birds purred? - and fell asleep. When gently placed back in his nest, he went right back to sleep.
Here, he is almost 8 weeks old.

He's looking more green, with his gorgeous feathers coming in. Still, there's quite a ways to go before he is ready to leave the store.

Frankie was born on March 7. We met on April 23.
